Kachips collects account data (name, email), course activity, and—for instructor applicants—resume and payout account details needed to pay earnings.

What we collect

• Authentication data (email, OAuth provider IDs)
• Profile and role (student / instructor / admin)
• Instructor applications, resumes, and bank details for payouts
• Course drafts and published course metadata

How we use data

To operate the platform, process enrollments, pay instructors (50% share), improve product quality, and communicate service messages. We do not sell personal data.

Security

Access is restricted by authentication and database policies. We never ask for banking passwords or OTPs. Report phishing to the Contact page.

Third parties

We use providers such as Supabase (auth/database), Vercel (hosting), payment gateways (when enabled), and email services (e.g. Resend). Their processing is limited to delivering our services.

Your rights

You may request access or correction of your data via Contact. Account deletion can be requested; some records may be retained for legal or payout history.
