Terms of Service

By using the Kachips platform (kachips.com), you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information. Default role is student. Instructor access requires application and admin approval. You are responsible for securing your login credentials.

Courses & content

Instructors retain ownership of original content they upload, and grant Kachips a license to host, display, and sell access on the platform. Content must not infringe copyrights, include malware, or violate applicable law. YouTube links must comply with YouTube Terms of Service.

Payments

When payments are enabled, students pay for course access. Approved instructors receive 50% of the paid course price (after payment gateway fees, taxes, and refunds as applicable). Payout details must be accurate; Kachips is not liable for failed transfers due to incorrect account data.

Conduct

No harassment, fraud, spam, or sharing of paid content outside the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Disclaimer

Courses are educational. Kachips does not guarantee employment or exam results. Platform is provided “as is” within reasonable service standards.
